About Us
MAC Concrete was officially founded in 2013, but the story began long before that. The name “MAC” is a personal one; it’s made up of the initials of founder Michael Bullion’s wife’s maiden name. It represents more than just a business name; it symbolizes the life Mike and his wife built together, from their relationship and marriage to their family and this company.
Mike, President of MAC Concrete, has been involved in the exterior construction industry since 2000. He launched his first landscaping and exterior construction company in 2006, growing it to over 40 employees, 13 trucks, and a full fleet of heavy equipment. Over time, he developed strong relationships with other contractors and was often hired for concrete removal projects by smaller companies who didn’t have the equipment to handle the work themselves.
Recognizing an opportunity, Mike expanded into concrete installation and MAC Concrete was born. Starting from the ground up, Mike hired experienced concrete finishers and worked hands-on to learn every detail of the trade. That dedication and on-the-job learning has shaped MAC into what it is today: a highly skilled and experienced team of 10 full-time professionals known for their hard work and craftsmanship.
In 2017, MAC Concrete took a major step forward with the purchase of a property in Milford, Michigan, where Mike built a 7,200-square-foot facility and material storage yard laying the foundation for continued growth and excellence in the industry.

His ability to train and lead his team has transformed MAC Concrete into what many clients describe as a “well-oiled machine.” That experience means we’re equipped to handle challenges that other contractors simply can’t.
Rooted in family values
Mike and his wife Melissa have known each other since preschool and reconnected in 2012. They married in 2014 and now live in Commerce Township, raising their two daughters, Bailey and Lucy who both attend school at St. Patrick Parish in White Lake. In 2024, their family grew again with the addition of Tucker, their English cream golden retriever.
Family is at the heart of MAC Concrete, and those values show up in the way we work—with integrity, balance, and a strong commitment to doing the right thing for our team and our clients.

What truly sets MAC Concrete apart is our direct, personal approach. When you reach out to us, you’re not routed through a call center or passed off to a salesperson—you speak with Mike directly. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, Mike is hands-on and fully involved. Calls are returned, questions are answered, and the person who shows up knows your project inside and out.
